Writing class with Nora Khalil

Want to make your voice heard? Learn to write poetry or come up with a song lyric? Hone a character for your latest novel project or have you never written a line before? Then a course in creative writing might be something for you. During three days, you get the chance to try different text styles, creative writing exercises, get space for your own writing and good tips from an established writer.

Nora Khalil works as a teacher and has been a finalist in Ortens bästa poet and has also been awarded Tensta konsthall’s text prize. In 2022, she debuted with the youth novel Yani, which was nominated for The August Prize in the category Children's and Youth Book of the year. She was also awarded the Hjärtans fröjd-award for Sweden's best youth novel in 2022 and was nominated for the Slangbellan debutant award, which is awarded by the Section for Children's and Youth Literature, Bult, in The Swedish Writers' Union. During the year 2023, she released the sequel Abow.

The course is free.
