Easter break—Puppet workshop with Carlos Martinez

Make puppets and mechanical toys from recycled materials with artist Carlos Martinez.
Create a doppelganger of yourself or a completely new figure.

No prior knowledge is needed, all the materials needed are provided.

Time: Monday–Wednesday 14–16 April at 1:00–4:00 PM

Suitable for children from 8 years and up. Parents and younger siblings are welcome to come along. Drop-in. After-school and preschools are welcome, but please register in advance with Anna-Stina Ulfström. It is free and we offer coffee.Carlos Martinez is an artist, educator and tattoo artist, raised in Tensta, where he also has his studio in Konstkällaren 42.

In his art, Martinez often works with recycled materials that become sculptures, installations and paintings. Carlos attended Järvaateljén/Järva Art School and is a trained Living Workshop Educator.
