Course in wool embroidery

Come and try embroidering, sewing freely with wool yarn and beads.

The course is led by Shamiran Adam and Jenny Hillevi Larsson, both from P.A.N.G, a collective for textile needlework and art embroidery with the desire to give thread a natural place in the art world and the public space. Shamiran Adam works with art sewing, weaving, illustration/animation and has held several courses and workshops in free embroidery. Jenny Hillevi Larsson is an art embroiderer. She works with textile sculptures and embroidery and has participated in Oscar Lara's project Within Heritage Movements. If you have any worsted or other suitable material at home, please bring it with you.
